Welcome to Zylaris Consulting Australia (“we”, “our”, or “us”). These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of our website (www.zylaris.com.au) and our consulting services.

By accessing this site or engaging with our services, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. Services Provided

Zylaris Consulting Australia offers business consulting services including, but not limited to:

  • Strategy & growth consulting

  • Operational and systems optimisation

  • Brand, marketing, and digital consulting

  • Hospitality and service-sector advisory

All services are subject to a mutually agreed scope and deliverables.

2. Booking & Payment

  • Discovery calls are free and used for initial assessment.

  • Service packages (Core, Elevate, Pioneer) are billed as per current pricing listed on www.zylaris.com.au/packages.

  • Payment terms are outlined in each client agreement.

  • Invoices are payable in AUD. Late payments may incur interest or service delays.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Provide timely access to necessary information

  • Communicate openly and in good faith

  • Respect agreed timelines and deliverables

Failure to meet these responsibilities may impact delivery outcomes.

4. Intellectual Property

All materials created by Zylaris Consulting Australia during the engagement—such as strategies, frameworks, and branded tools—remain the intellectual property of Zylaris unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Clients are granted a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use materials for their internal business purposes.

5. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality regarding sensitive business information disclosed during the engagement. This clause survives the end of the project.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Zylaris Consulting Australia shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or advice. Our liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for the relevant service.

7. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellations must be made in writing.

  • Refunds for pre-paid packages are evaluated case-by-case, and only for unused portions of service.

  • No refunds will be issued for completed consultations or work already delivered.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be published on this page.

9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes will be resolved in NSW courts.
